The clean-up is continuing after a severe storm hit the New South Wales North Coast on Sunday afternoon leaving thousands without energy and displacing some sufferers at Lismore Base Hospital.
Crucial Power said crews worked via the evening to restore energy to a lot more than 7,000 clients.
It said added crews have been brought in from across the area to hopefully restore power to remaining customers today.
