‘Reprehensible, xenophobic’: Trump attacked over contact for Muslim ban

Up to 40 US governors had spoken out against the resettlement program, the UNHCR mentioned.

“We are concerned that the rhetoric that is getting utilised in the election campaign is placing an incredibly crucial resettlement plan at risk that is meant for the most vulnerable people — the victims of the wars that the globe is unable to stop,” Ms Fleming said.
