Tony Abbott defends controversial 2014 spending budget measures

Former prime minister Tony Abbott says he will continue to defend some of the most controversial measures from the 2014 federal spending budget, which put forward billions of dollars reduce from health, education and foreign help.

The Abbott Government slumped in opinion polls right after announcing its first price range.

Abbott on Islam: ‘All cultures are not equal’

The Member for Warringah was ousted by Malcolm Turnbull in September and has given that sat on the backbench.
